As we know, the point of the internet is to hang out with other people. At least the main part. Within this little blog post I will cover all group I get a multiplayer games that I've been into. I may or may not do a separate post on single player games. Yet I feel as if this is good for memory purposes. A few of you that read this well maybe recognize one or two. If you recognize all of them, you're pretty good gamer. If you have any questions, you should totally look up the game. All of these games are on Steam! So super easy access.

Super Animal Royal
Now of course! I will start off with Super Animal Royale! Animals with guns. This game has won over Royale games for me. I used to avoid these types of games like the plague. It's something that I never clicked on. Yet with this game it has dynamic features. It has a shadow system where if you're behind a building no one can see you. Unless they turn around the corner. The controls are simple to pick up. I have a hard time with the controller, so I would recommend keyboard. More or less you just need to know how to heal, how to repair armor, shoot, reload, and dodge. The thing that really wins the game though--- are the animals!
During the game as you level up and gain experience you can unlock different animals. You can spend DNA to acquire all the animals. For the ones that you want the most, you can use a magnet to make sure you get that specific DNA. He animals that you start off with are pretty decent. And with every 10 or so levels, you gain access to more animals. There's also variations once you have one animal. The variations can be colors or different races based on the original animal. As you can see for the screenshot, I have all three of us as sheep. It shows a blue one, brown one, and, the original, white one. The difference clothing you can unlock range is a lot. There are event items, milestone items, etc.
My favorite part of the game has to be the strategy. It's good to figure out what weapons do what. Then aim accordingly, ensuring to keep in mind the bullet distance. I've gotten a good handle on the Magnum. (which is something I never thought I would do) i've never been the competitive type so I don't mind losing sometimes. Though after a dumb lose or a circle of dumb stuff you can imagine I get a little sour. Although I haven't explored single player where I fight alone- squads would have to be my favorite game mode. Squads consists of four players. The typical four I have varies, but mainly my boyfriend and bestfriend. The other two switches between my brother, my friend Bluey, my friend Ponk, Etc. I'm pretty much smitten to this game also because it gets really quick.
Rounds go by in a few minutes. It's easy to lose yourself for thirty minutes and ya feel like you played an RPG for an hour.

Stardew Valley
Stardew Valley is a farmer simulator game. It's a game that I didn't get to play when it came out. Yet had been in my wishlist for a few months! I really was looking forward to playing it one day. Finally I got my wish through a friends gift :3 it was right before multiplayer was released, surprisingly enough. I remember when it was still in beta. Having it multiplayer is almost a requirement now. In order to gain all the items and unlock all of the achievements and milestones it's way easier as team.
The game is pretty simple. You pick out you want to have. You lay it out on your farm, and you water it each day. Then you can choose out of three of their activities to gain on. There is fishing, self-explanatory. There is mining, which has a unique dynamic of monsters being in the mine. Therefore you get a little bit of combat in. The more you go into the mine the more floors you unlock, and the monsters get harder. It can be easy to get overwhelmed. Have faith ;3 and the third thing is foraging! This is where you explore the map and find random plants. (Like a dandelion) the more you do any of these four, experience you have and you can level up. Level unlocks different crafting recipes, different items, etc. The NPCs are in the village AKA like a small town. A mayor, a doctor, a blacksmith, a bartender, etc. There are characters you can Romance. And the incredible option for romance is you can be male or female. It supports different sexual orientation. A girl can romance girl. A boy can romance a boy. Which I think is very progressive!
The game has seasons, and you have to keep an eye on what day is what. There's events for each season, along with different fish and different plants. (Birthdays for the npcs too) The game starts you off at Spring. Then does the typical spring, summer, fall, and winter. I've done spring numerous times due to numerous games.
The real trick of Stardew Valley is getting players that follow through!
Unfortunately, the game isn't one sit and play. It requires a lotta work, and if you're not careful and you're not consistent it can be easy to lose at the game. Having dedicated players is a must-have! You'll need to work together. Yet that doesn't mean you can't do casual playthrough. What I mean by dedicated players that follow through, I mean players that actually want to play the game. It can be hard to do it at a daily basis. But if you go too long without playing it, you'll lose your strategy on what to do. Or you'll forget about it altogether.
Once you get into the hang of it: You'll find it to be your new favorite!
The growing crops part have to be my perfect way to play the game. Certain plants take certain by days to grow, and a few have multiple harvest. Laying them out on your land can be fun to organize. The mine can be a lot of fun! You'll want to level up and defeat all the Monsters and go through each floor! Foraging is pretty simple, just keep an eye out. Fishing is the hardest for me! Anytime I have a playthrough, I asked someone else to take care of it. > -<
The wholesomeness between the NPCs are amazing. There are three of them that can be a jerk, yet once they warm up to you they'll be a good friend. As you level up in friendship with the villagers, you unlock special events. They'll give you recipes too, did I mention you can cook? I'm not familiar with the romance rules too much. However, I have heard from my brother that farming and grinding for what you need to marry someone can be difficult. Maybe they change that their recent update though.
The game updates very often, and by very often I mean the developer doesn't forget about it. It seems like once a year there's new stuff the game! Patches are going to forever be a thing, but he is on top of that. The creator of the game is ConcernedApe, and he helped make this and code it himself. It's pretty remarkable.
For me, I found myself playing it more and more. In fact I'll probably play it today once or twice x3
I want to unlock more of the cutscenes! A story aspect is kind of cute.

PonyTown
Pony town <3 this is a browser-based game, been around for a good while now. You take your character as a base, and you customize it with different features, clothes, hair, etc. Character creation alone can take an hour. For casual players, not that long though. The friendship behind Pony Town ish the special part. I've been around to remember the good ol' days where the map was super simple, and there is no Party Island hehehe.
In the game you have the sitting and flying option- you can customize emotes! There's different mini animations. Like a laugh, or a sneeze. These can be on your action bar or you can type the command in the chat. The chat is probably the biggest interaction between each other. Meeting up with friends at Pony town is the main purpose of the game. With all the updates, there's so much to do. The Party Island became so customizable you can decorate the trees and add bushes, etc. You can give permissions to your friends to help you build stuff too. I've easily lost two hours making the perfect section of the map. (They finally added mushrooms! I'll have to make the perfect fairy forest)
The funniest part of the game and the most entertaining, will have to be the advanced players that make different creatures. A few people will make characters from different cartoons. There's ponies from the show and pony version of characters. Then there's unique OCS, a lot of them with cute outfits! And strangely enough, the abstract characters. Like flamingos!
People wonder how you can spend 3 hours on the game, its very doable. xD
With Friends, it can be even longer! Customizing your character and showing it off. Having different outfits for different occasions for your characters. Making the perfect Island. Making different themed Islands. Interacting with objects, items, emotes. There's more to do than you would think.

Among Us
This is a game that almost needs no explanation. Everyone and their uncle has heard of this game, it grew in popularity so hardcore. I'll basically explain the basics ;3
The part of the name is based off of the imposter that are among you. In the game you are a part of a crew on a spaceship, and you are preparing to land the ship. There are tasks you have to do to prepare for landing. Like emptying the trash, filling up the oxygen tank or the gas tank, fixing a bunch of cords-- you get the idea. (all tasks being simple flash games)
Yet one of the players... Is Out For Blood.
It's up to you to figure out who's the killer amongst the group. Soon enough, you'll find your friends bodies throughout the ship. Reporting a body immediately inacts a meeting. Everyone will say where they were and it's up to you to tell who's lying. The more players you get, you have the option of having more than one imposter. That's when you have to look out for real. During the meetings, you can vote out someone. If voted out, you are ejected into space! A confirmation may display if you're the imposter (it's optional) The longer the game is though, the longer the Imposter is at play. Once everyone is dead- it's game over. The only way for you to win is if you finish your tasks. So when you start, you're either a crew member or a imposter.
Above All Else, you must remain silent.
This game relies on you muting your mic!
As you play, you'll wander the ship doing what you need to do. Crewmates each have tasks to attend to. The Imposter has many ways to kill you. The point of the mystery is to figure out who's the Killer. To respect the suspense, you have to stay quiet. The only time you are allowed to talk is during an emergency meeting. The game play itself is focused on this.
If you have your mic on, you give away everything.
You screamed? You're dead.
You laugh, you're sus. (sus=suspicious)
The more you play, getting the hang of all the tasks. You'll recognize different aspects. How one take longer or if they have a animation to go with it. The settings of the game can be adjusted. You can control the player speed, vision, etc. You can customize the settings where voting is anonymous. (which has to be my favorite) You you have control on how long voting is. It's a decent setup.
The game doesn't even have to be the main one. You can change the settings to various "game modes".

One of my favorite would have to be hide and seek!
For this game, similar to SAR, it can be a fast-paced game
Each round goes by pretty quick. The suspense can level upon who is the killer. Who's better at Deception, or who's weak to suspecting. It can go up to 10 players, and 3 Impostors. It's random who's the killer each time. Although sometimes it can repeat xD
Overall it's a fun game- not only for the suspense- but by the funny shenanigans!
Do you have any idea how many inside jokes you can make or have?
